When buying or customizing neon lights, it is very important to choose the right size.

Notice: If your custom order is for a sign larger than 110cm it will be made on two or more backboards that can be easily arranged together. When mounting the sign, the separation will be barely visible. Doing so keeps the signs safer in transit and allows us to offer the best price for you.

If you submit your design requirements through the "Get a Quote" page, our designers will provide you with a free design based on your needs. If you're not satisfied with the design, we can make up to three revisions. Once you approve the product design, we'll send you the final version of the quote for your confirmation before placing your order and making payment.

Please note that if you place an order through the "Design your own" page or purchase our designed products, kindly confirm the product or design proof, as we won’t send you a copy of it.

 
After you confirm the design proof and pay, the order will be released and put into production, which means it can’t be canceled or modified.

Each of our colors come with two options - white jacket or colored jacket:

For specific fonts and effects, you can check our online design page. We provide various font styles, 30 different fonts in total for you to choose. We can work with almost any font, character set, or writing style. If the font you want is not on the list, you can leave us messages, then we will try our best to help you on that.

We use premium acrylic backboards to maintain the shape of LED neon tubing. Our standard backboards come in rectangular shape, as well as cut-around and cut-close options for the letters. 

Cut to shape

The backboard will be shaped in line with the letters. Compared to the cut-to-letter backing, it provides greater support to the neon sign while also lending a stylish and modern appearance. 

Cut to Rectangle

The backboard will be cut rectangularly like a frame. It offers the greatest stability for LED neon signs due to its larger backing surface, making it ideal for outdoor use and sturdier framing needs.

The backboard will closely follow the pattern of the preferred font size and style. It provides a minimalistic appearance, making it perfect for interior decoration. 

Free-Standing

UV printing is a powerful method of incorporating crisp and vibrant images or text into your custom neon sign. 

In addition to the acrylic and metal backboards mentioned above, we also offer more backboard options, such as wooden backboards. If you have specific requirements regarding the material, color, or any other aspect of the backboard, please feel free to contact us for customizations.

If you intend to use your sign outdoors, please select “Outdoor” when choosing product use, and we will produce your sign with water-proof material, especially for light strip and power supply. Please note that the product can’ t be put into water, and avoid using it in the bad weather, such as tornado, prolonged rainstorms or strong winds.

Each sign comes with a standard remote and dimmer so that you can use to adjust the light intensity, flashing mode and timing of the light sign. (Except for Multicolor Neon Signs, which are controlled by the APP)

The Magic LED Neon Sign can be easily controlled through the smartphone app, which offers a wide range of options for customization, including color selection, brightness control, speed adjustment, and over 200 pre-set flow modes.

Most of Neonwill's signage is powered by plugging into an electrical outlet, while the headbands use a USB port battery pack. If you require it, we can also provide battery-powered options for the signs. Please communicate with us to determine if it suits your product.

For all products, we include a complimentary remote control and dimmer (excluding non-dimmable items). The wire length for most products is around 4 meters, and you can choose a suitable adapter during the ordering process based on your needs.

We provide you two different installation accessories in the package, which allows you to mount the sign on the wall with nails or hang up the sign by chain. Please select the appropriate installation method based on the installation position, the size and the shape of the backboard. (Invisible Backboard Neon Sign: Wall-Mount Only)

Easy Wall-Mounting

Just in a matter of minutes it could be mounted. The neon sign comes with screws for free.

1-1. Before installation, please place the product on the wall to select the positions of the holes and mark them.

1-2. Make suitable holes in the wall at the marked positions.

1-3. Drive expansion screws into holes in the wall.

1-4. Press the product to the wall and align the holes, pass the screws through the black spacers and holes and

tighten the screws.

1-5. Put on the cover.

Hang with chain

If you don’t want to leave any marks on the wall, use the chain we provided to hang the neon sign up!

If you want to display your logo upright on the floor or table, we also offer the option of free-standing neon signs. Please select the ‘stand’ backboard option when placing your order.

Connecting your new LED neon sign is incredibly easy. We've already taken care of the wiring, so all you need to do is plug it in and you're good to go! Our neon lights are equipped with a long cable, offering you flexibility for installation and display. According to the color type and different sizes of neon signs, you may have different installation options. We have listed them all below. To quickly find the installation method that fits your neon sign, please first select the color type of the neon sign.

Single-colored /  Multicolored neon signs

Most single-colored /  multicolored neon signs are connected in this way. 

If your sign is pretty big, we might need to use two cables and a more powerful dimmer to ensure the sign has sufficient brightness. In this case, the wiring connections for the sign can be as follows.

The FloWill color changing LED NEON Signs have two series. Please identify whether your product belongs to Series 01 or Series 02 based on the following description, in order to quickly find the suitable connection method for your product: Please check if there is a dimmer on one side of the sign, as shown in the image below.

If your sign is pretty big, we might need to use two cables to ensure the sign has sufficient brightness. In this case, the wiring connections for the sign can be as follows.

If you have purchased multiple neon signs and want to control the neon sign separately, you can follow the steps to match Code for the remote control and the dimmer.

Note：Firstly disconnect the power of the two neon lights, and then start the code matching of the each neon sign separately. After each group of code matching is completed, disconnect the power supply of the finished one, and then proceed to the next neon sign.

The code matching is as follows:

1. Connect the neon sign to the dimmer and power supply.

2. Disconnect the dimmer from the power supply, and then reconnect it.

3. Press and hold the "SPEED-" and "SPEED+" buttons on the remote control at the same time within five seconds after step 2, and the neon sign will flash, indicating that the code matching is completed.

If you find your neon sign not lighting up after powering it on, follow the steps in the guide below:

Step 1 - Check the Power Supply

Inspect the power supply. The green light should be on (you can test the power supply on different wall plugs).

❌ If the power supply is not working:

Send us pictures of the power supply to support@neonwill.com.

✅ If the power supply is working properly:

Step 2 - Dimmer Check

Remove the dimmer between the sign and the power supply.

If the neon lights up, it indicates an issue with the dimmer.

❌ Dimmer malfunction:

Send us pictures of the dimmer and cable to support@neonwill.com. We will send you a brand new one.

✅ If the dimmer is working:

Send a video of your setup (front and back of the neon, connected power supply – block and cable, dimmer) to support@neonwill.com, as this will help us find a solution for you.

Step 3 - Remote Dimmer Check

Verify if the remote control is lighting up.

Open the camera mode on your phone. Aim the phone’s camera at the indicator light on the remote control. Press any button on the remote control. Check the phone screen to see if the indicator light emits a purple light. (also, try using different batteries).

(The remote control is RF frequency, and there is no light visible to the naked eye, so you need to use the mobile phone camera to press the remote control button against the indicator light to see the purple light) 

✅ If the remote control is lighting up, all is well. Now, let's check if it syncs with the dimmer.

Verify if you can connect the remote control to the dimmer.

❌ If the remote control doesn't light up,

We offer a 24 month warranty on all LED neon lights. However, it does not include any damage caused by improper installation or artificially damage during use.

If the product is defective or there is any mistake caused by us, we will make every effort to solve the problem for you. If there is any problem with neon lights, please contact us. We will try our best to find the best solution for you!

If the Goods arrive damaged, please inform the delivery agent and contact us within 24 hours, providing photos or videos as evidence. We're here to assist you promptly. Additionally, kindly inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours of any alleged defects, shortages, or damages. We'll arrange for an inspection, ensuring a fair resolution. Failure to comply may void our obligations. Your timely communication is vital to resolving any issues.

We offer a 24 - month warranty on all products. As long as your product is not artificially damaged and within the warranty period, you can email us at info@neonwill.com or contact us through contact form, and indicate your name, order number, description of the product problem, our technical assistant will contact you as soon as possible, to provide you with specific solutions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since most of our neon signs are custom made, we only accept a return request when:

• item(s) arrived in a damaged state;
• item(s) are found faulty; or,
• wrong item(s) are shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
